To capitalize on the momentum
gained throughout the workshops, The Humanitarian Forum aims to
design and implement a comprehensive programme for capacity building of the
National Relief and Emergency Committee as well as the NGOs, subject to funding:
Stage one
Design and deliver several training workshops covering the following topics:
- Human Resources and Volunteers Management
- Monitoring and evaluation of relief and development programs
- Advanced RBM tools for planning and managing relief and development programs
- Regulating and Coordinating NGOs including Financial Management;
Stage two
Develop procedures, processes and tools for improving NGOs programmes;
Stage three
Provide training and coaching for the National Committee as well as NGOs to effectively use these procedures, processes and tools.
