“The spring of
Freedom Association was established in April 2011 as a result of the needs of
the community. We have 25 members and
the core team consists of 5 people. The workshops have given me an opportunity
to network and interact with other organisations and I have come to realise
that many of the organisations overlap in terms of the activities they do. The workshop taught me that in order to be
efficient it is important that we work together rather than as individuals. In
the future I hope to see all the organisations working as one body to help prosper
the potential Libya has and alleviate any suffering that exists.”
