Introduction to the ICVA Code of Conduct Learning Events
This Background document is an introduction to the humanitarian Code of Conduct Learning Events run by ICVA. These events discuss the 1994 Code of Conduct for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent and NGOs in Disaster Relief, and look at how to implement and build upon the values it encapsulates in the 21st century.
